The "Book" menu controls Term-Plus©' Address Book data base which allows you to conveniently store and retrieve information while communicating. The "New Address Book" item creates a new, empty Address Book file. You will be asked to name this file and to choose where the file will be stored. The "Open Address Book" item opens already created Address Book files, and, naturally, the "Close Address Book" item closes an open file. The "Save" item updates the current file on disk. The "Save As" item allows you to create a new file, which will include all of the data in the currently opened file as well as any changes you made during the session. The "Import Data File" item allows you to import data files from other programs. This function expects TAB-delimited TEXT files for input. Consult the manual for details. The "Export Data File" copies the information from the current Address Book file, including any changes, into a TAB-delimited TEXT file, which you will be asked to name. The "Print" item prints the contents of the current Address Book file. The page range in the printing dialog box will be used to select the range of record numbers to be printed. The "Add An Entry" item allows you to make new entries in the current Address Book file. The "Find An Entry" item allows you to find a particular entry, by searching for a match to the strings you enter into the Find dialog box. Double-clicking on an entry brings up the entry dialog box, but with the selected entry's information. This allows you to make corrections in current entries.
